I have a Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H motherboard, when I set the max CPU clock in AMD CCC (2800 MHz) and use ET6 to change CPU fan speed the A8 5600k CPU randomly jumps to it's original clocks (3200 and 3600 MHz).
I don't use ET6 to overclock just to set the CPU fan speed, there should be an option to disable some function (GPU/CPU overclock, voltage) to keep compatibility with the OS power saving profiles.
After I quit from ET6 the power management works fine (no more jumps to higher freqs).
