Can't reflash GA-945GCM-S2L

Can't reflash GA-945GCM-S2L

I have problem with booting. I put PCI diagnostic card and showed up me error code 0404. I've read in some forum that I must reflash the BIOS. I put FAT32  USB and it can't find the BIOS there.
