Gigabyte 780 GHZ - strange noise on IDLE

Hey. I have strange noise on idle . Here is the link with sounds:

Card is Gigabyte 780 GHZ. On full load i dont hear that, only in Windows ( idle )

Is this normal or not? Did you hear?

ps:
 I didnt mean that mouse clicking ( i was clicking on mouse , this is not card) I mean that sound in background like little grinding or something.

Put it under load, fan spins up and noise goes away, fan spins down, noise still gone...... until it comes back.
