Sorry. I've looked under the device manager, but I can't find anything to do with Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. Just to check a couple of things: I'm using Win8.1 and I'm using the standard control panel (the one the same as Win7). I search "device manager", open the one with the device tree and there's nothing there. Am I being stupid? Please help.

EDIT: Found it under network adapters, sorry.

Ok so I've found that it is enabled in Windows, but do I need to turn anything in the BIOS on?
