ga-990xa-ud3 having alot of issues after wiping and losing install CD

i noticed my PC was getting clogged up pretty badly so i decided in my infinite wisdom to wipe the pc and start fresh, I use a Razer Tiamat 7.1 headset but when i plug in all ports and set realtek and windows to use 7.1 it still only puts out of front left/right, even after playing with the settings ALOT (hours wasted) i can get it to use most of the speakers in the headset but it refuses to use the subwoofer which makes everything else sound awful as they are meant to work in unison.

enough back story, does anyone have the GA-990XA-UD3 driver disc that they can upload? i've downloaded all the drivers from the gigabyte site and i can't get them to work and i'm losing my sanity, i am BEGGING i need this CD. Thanks

I don't think the driver disk is the answer. If the drivers on the site don't work you have another problem. When you wiped it you mentioned it was getting all clogged, By saying that I take it you were having problems before just maybe different problems?
