GA-X99-UD4 No post loop usb3

Hi
when i have any usb3 plugged in the  GA-X99-UD4 board will not boot  ???
it just boot loops before bios is possible to enter, it not even showing the gigabyte splash screen.
i'm now on the latest F9a bios after trying F5 & F8 and the problem is the same.

It's better but still not perfect  :)
it boot's up now but some of the ports are flaky, the devices connect and unconnect  all the time in windows,
this is the ports in the middle of the io in the back,
the ports that are in the same stack as the Ethernet are the stable one  ;D
