i don't know if the two are related, but i figured i'll make one post for both issues.
first, my system recognizes that I have 8GB of RAM but only shows 7.83GB available. I know this usually happens when you use built in graphics but I'm actually not. I have dedicated GPUs. I attached a picture showing this
and the motherboard emits a horrible coil whine. it's just ridiculous. never heard anything like this.
any ideas?
