J1800N D2H no screen signal ?

Hey guys. i just got mine J1800N D2H Mb wih an onboard grapichard on. i have placed the motherboard in my mini itx chieftec chase and connected the 2x2 and the 2x12 power connectors to my 200 w thiectech psu.
there is 4 gb ram stick in ChannelA-sodimm_1 (one of these badboys http://www.corsair.com/en-us/cm3x8gsdkit1066)
and a 1 tb hdd.

then my usb keyboard and a vga cable to my svreen. but there is no output to the screen ? i can hear my hdd/psu and mobo is running fine but i am not getting any screen images ?

I suppose the ram you are using is not L type.

You may try to find any of the models from here http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_ga-j1900n-d3v.pdf and test with?

Standard DDR3 RAM works with typical 1,5V  minimum 1,425V.
The L type works with typical 1,3V, suppose that's the problem.
