GA-EX58-UD4 - SATA III PCIe for SSD and USB3

Hi

I have a GA-EX58-UD4 rev 1.0 Motherboard which I wish to add a SSD for the system and also an external USB3 drive enclosure for backup purposes. I understand that I will need PCIe cards in order to achieve this but have no idea as to what I am looking for in terms of compatibility. One PCIe x16 slot is taken with the graphics card (Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5450) but all other slots are free.

Any suggestions or advice would be welcomed.
