GA-970A-DS3 rev 1.1 beeps on reset

Hello,
I'm new here and ofc i have an issue with my MB ga-970a-ds3. It seems my mb doesn't like the "reboot" order... what happens? :
-when i select reboot from my windows (or it reboots after updates) my mb beeps (2 long beeps, break, and long beeps till eternity)
-same happens when i reset my pc from bios (after updating settings etc)

I checked CPU temp - it happens at 40'C and also at 70'C so its not the issue i think..
Same with northbridge temp (low - high doesn't matter)

What i tried? :
-failsafe settings on bios
-updating bios
-installing new cooler (i had temps around 85 on my cpu)
-reseating ram, graphic card, cpu
-using only single ram
... no idea what else i even reinstalled my windows (guess more just for fun)

my specs are:
AMD Phenom II x4 925 (no oc), Radeon HD 5750 1gb (HIS, no oc), corsair 4gb ram (1600 but i keep it on 1066) and ADATA s510 SSD 60gb hdd.

Could You throw any suggestions i could check?

Hi there,

Continuous long beeps would normally indicate a problem with the graphics card.
Have you checked that it is seated properly?
Are the contacts clean?
If it needs its own power lead, is that inserted correctly or could there be an issue with the PSU?

You don't say which BIOS version you are running but have you tried reinstalling the BIOS or updating to the latest version for your motherboard which is F7c available from the download page here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4297#bios

Well
My bios is latest stable F6 i guess -F7c is beta (i updated it trying to get rid of those beeps on reset).
I tried reseating graphic card and cleaned the connectors.
I tried other PSU too and I've cleaned those connectors too, sadly - no effect
(i play daily on that graphic card - with no overheating and any other issues)

Btw. Those beeps - Two long ones then short break (sometimes it boots correctly after those two) and endless series of long beeps.

OK i did it!
It turned out to be those cables:



I have really old case and those cables were marked wrong.
Now its all good, no more beeps for me.
