GA-970A-UD3P temp problem

i bought a new pc:
Gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p 1.0
fx 6300
Thermaltake Berlin 80Plus 630 w
HyperX Fury Blue Series Memorie RAM, 8 GB, 1600 MHz, DDR3  2x4

i notice two problems when i use hwmonitor-core temp-easytune6-aida64
first the fan  rpm speed are from 1140 to 337500, i see this problem in the bios too

second the cpu temp are from 2 to 17 °C with every programs

i tried 3 differents motherboars, and 2 cpu, i always see both the problems, and i dont know if i can overclock

Do you have two fans on your CPU?

That is really 3rd or 4th core. I could be wrong but. It might be that at the time it isn't really using it. That might be why the temp is so low.

i had one cpu fan, now i installed a hyper 412s, and i have 2 fans.

i see its the system fan who have the error, the one in the back of the case. the cpu fan is fanin0.
the second cpu fan is connected in another system fan 4 pin, and in the bios the rpm are 500- 675000, but in hw monitor its normal

with the stock cooler when i use intel burning at maximum, the core temp go up to 43-47 °c

with hyper 412s and 2 arctic f12 the temp is 23-27 °C its possible?

Yes that is about right. You stock cooler will always run hotter. With that Hyper you will get good cooling.
