Built lastweek after upgrading from 1155 ivy bridge

system boots up fine everything runs perfect except for memory speeds, are @2133 enabling XMP resorts to boot failure just not sure what to do at the moment. Another issue is Cpu is unable to overclock no matter what voltage or coreclock board came with bios f6 and i updated to f7a same crap!! any help would be gladly appreciated..
