So if it is that bad what country are you in? If you are here in the USA you might be able to RMA. You have a 3 yr warranty from the time you bought it. Other countries are different with the warranty. That is all I can tell for now.

I can't get to that point, It won't let me even re-install the MB drivers from the cd anymore. I can literally enter the BIOS and that's about it.

Flushed the F2 bios? (not just reset) if not give it a go..

It's called reset the cmos too!

There are 2 pins on the mobo you can short for a few seconds (by plier or jumper) - this will flush the cmos and you start over with load-optimised-settings and so on... restoring the bios settings

Sometimes clearing the cmos doesn't always do the trick. You should clear the cmos and pull the battery too.

You can try to kick in the backup bios to. Unplug or turn off the PSU. Then push in the power button. When you are still holding the button in. Plug in or turn on the PSU. It will come on and shut down.

When it shuts down let go of the power button. Turn off the PSU again. Than turn it back on and start the computer. It might take a couple of tries to do this. Plus it might not work sometimes too.

Hummm..... I keep thinkin' board short or weak psu. But you've changed both of those.  I'm a big fan of the paper washers on top the stand-off screws. I know no-body uses em' anymore, but I like em'. One time I had an amd k6 board that needed paper a washer on both sides of the board on 1 case stand-off screw or it would shut down after the bios posted.

Look's like you guy's have tried nearly everything else so I thought I'd throw that out there.  Probably a wild goose chase at best and maybe you've already tried that, but one never knows..  Computers? I am often very surprised about what I think the problem is and what it turns out to be.  That's probably why I love em' so much...

Other thoughts: Have you tried firing up the board and booting it out of the case?  (Thats really what we're supposed to do when we build a new rig is test everything outta' the case. Myself I just slap it together...But sometimes......)  Is it the same make and model case?

It just goes to the boot screen and restarts? Heat? Would make it just shutdown. Unless there's something I don't know going on with the bios and a set restart temp. I doubt it. (Personally I like to blame everything on heat. That's why I try to get the best cooling I can.)

Weak psu? I've got two bad ones inna' row. But never a corsair..  I took me 4years to have a problem with mine. I used to kill an OCZ every year except the powerstream 520 that took 3years. Still..

It's gets to the boot screen where it wants to load drivers wants power. Starts to really charge up the board and devices then the fans quit and it starts over?  Everything's been replaced? And it does look like you guy's have tried everything else I could think of.(And then some.)

Sorry if that was no help.
If I think of anything else I'll come back and post.
Best to you and G'luck with that..   "Clay"
