LSI 9240-8i driver shows "error code 10" on X99-UD3, X79-UD3

I try to start LSI 9240-8i on the X99-UD3, X99-UD4, X79-UD3 (and ASUS P8H77-M LE).
all PC boots normally, Windows installed norm too, but after drivers installation (64-bit Win 7 PRO SP1, Win8 Embed) device manager shows "device can't start (code 10)"

the SATA (and sSATA on X99-) mode = AHCI in BIOS

How we can fix it?
I need RAID5 controller on X99 and 5xxx series CPU for video archive at 8 SATA HDD
It is NVR = network video registrator
