Missing Parts

hey guys,

i purchased a g1.sniper m5 micro atx, it arrived opened with the i/o shield & the amp kit missing, im not really too bothered about the amp kit but im trying to find a replacement i/o shield, does anybody know how i can get a replacement?

i m new to this forum.
Actully i wanted to buy a motherboard & thinking of buying Gigabyte.

But before that i go through the reviews from the different blogs
& what i read is just unbeliveable.

i never thought that company like gigabyte can compromise on product quality (part missing) for profit making.
I still dont belive this
