Gigabyte GA-X99-UD4 Beep constantly and then reboot..

Hello people out there. :) I just finished my build with this motherboard X99-UD4 at first it works fine, installed windows and etc(got checked at Temp on CPU and everything else, so no problem there), and suddenly one day I started the pc and I keep getting this beep sounds and the pc won't start or anything, can't even get into BIOS. where is the link to my video for which beep sounds I am talking about.
