Answer is no. All your ports on that motherboard are 2.0. USB 3.0 are different color ports. Your motherboard only has
6.4 USB 2.0/1.1 ports in the back and 13.2 USB 2.0/1.1 connectors for additional 4 USB 2.0/1.1 ports by cables internal.
The hard drive should be backward ready which means it will work in a USB 2.0 ports just at slower speeds.
