Gigabytes site is slow this morning so it wont open a page for me to look into this. Have you tried to install drivers even if they are for windows 7.
Go to device manager and look for yellow marks showing you need the drivers. Right click it and search for updated drivers. If they don't install the use browse my computer and point it at the windows 7 drivers. See if that helps.
I will check back during the day to see if gigabyte site is up and give more info if I can. Didn't want you to think no one was going to answer.
