GA-F2A88XM-D3H Sound Interference

I just built a pc for a relative using:

GA-F2A88XM-D3H
A10 7700K APU
Kngston DDR3
Corsair PSU

There is intolerable sound interference. Where is the sound chip? CPU or Motherboard? I want to RMA but don't know the culprit.
