Download motherboard manual - always gives generic "installation" guide?

This question pertains to both Intel and AMD-based motherboard support.

Why is it that when I'm viewing the download options for specific motherboards, and I select "Manual", I get some sort of generic "installation guide" instead of the real, actual motherboard manual?

Why does gigabyte do this?

Where can I find the actual printed manual that was shipped with the motherboard, in PDF format, for any given gigabyte motherboard?

You have to go to the bottom of the list. They put the installation guide at the top most of the times.
