x58a-ud3r boot loop

Hi all

My motherboard is going into a loop of booting up for 2-3 seconds, powering off and then back on again. Have taken the battery off for an hour and holding down the clr CMOS and powering up works, as soon as I take my finger off it resets and reverts back to looping...

X5650 CPU 24gb RAM and Corsair PSU.

Did it just start or was it from some upgrades or even changes that you made?

Hi,

It was an upgrade of the CPU, I reverted back to the older I7 920 but the same thing happens with that now...

Look at the pins in the socket to make you didn't bend one or at some paste on them.
