GA-H87TN with TBS 6982 satellite tuner card

Greetings denizens! My first post so of course it's a q: has anyone tried this combination? I have this Thin Mini-ITX board and want to use it as the basis of an HTPC. So I've installed a Celeron G1820T CPU (35W TDP), 4GB RAM and a 60GB SSD, and got Windows 7 64-bit running happily.

The problem started when I plugged in the PCIe 1x satellite tuner card. It has a six-pin power socket on the end which needs to be attached to a PSU cable for it to work. So I took a feed from the SATA power port and plugged it into the card. Nothing worked while that remained plugged in, which suggests that the board can't satisfy the card's power demand. I could see the CPU fan trying to start, for example.

I should add that the whole is powered by a 120W 19V external power (AC-DC) adapter.

Has anyone else got this combination working, or has anyone anything to suggest how this combination could be persuaded to play well together?

Thanks!
