Z97X gaming 5 - fans speed problem

Hi everyone!
I've installed liquid cooling system cooler master nepton 280L. It's 2 fans for the radiator are installed on system fan 1 and system fan 2 on the mainboard. System fan 1 works prefectly on manual and automatc configuration. it change fan speed if heat change. system fan 2 does not work well. Often when i switch on the pc it' doesn't run or it make some little movement but but shortly after it stops. Is there something to particular to set on system fan 2? i've tried other fans but I have the same problem.

Have you tried the Y jumper to connect both fans to system one header. Fans take very little power to make them run.

Yes! If I use Y connector for navigate internet, use photoshop, write with word, (normally utilisation) fans works perfectly but when i play some games after a few minutes the stops and run..stop and run...stop and run..
