Problem with 990XA-ud3 and RAM

Recently, i buy a kingston hyperX memory for do a expansion on my PC (HX318C9SR/4) 4 GB ram/1866/cl9.
I got 2 gskill ripjaws x 1866/cl 2GB (2 x 4GB). When i install the new ram, BIOS appears the 8 GB, but my PC just use 1,96 only ( before use the 4 GB ), the others say that goes to hardware :S.
If i change the modules order, with some combinations dont turn ON the PC. I upload the BIOS to the last ( it's a beta the last), i got a 64 SO, CPU FX-8350.

Some people tell me that i got a option on BIOS called ram remapping to use all the memory, but i dont find it ... and i don't know if that option exists on my BIOS.

You can't have two different brands of memory. They have to be the same brand, same timings, the same speed. They say that you can't really use two different kits of the same brand, timings, & speed.

That one I don't believe in. Plus I don't care what the memory companies say. All that is to me is a selling point. But you do have to have them all the same.

If u read, got the same timings, the same speed, and now they work good (i solve the issue).

I change the values of latencies, the motherboard put them bad, and u need to change it manually.....

For who got the same problem, check the values of latencies, for exemple me was 9/9/9/28 for gskills ripjaws X on channel 1 and for the channel 2 9/10/11/28 ( FOR ME), go to the page of u ram's, find u exact model and on bios change them, just latencies, don't change another things like voltage's or frequency.
