GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 rev(1.0) will not update.

So I have tried everything... I have tried updating to f12 with @bios (I know its not wise to use it but im desperate), I have tried Qflash, and I have tried a bootable usb. @bois gives me the error "Bios part number(AWARD) is not correct, I even tried the rev(1.3) just to make sure. In Qflash it gives me a bios id error. And in the usb bootable it gives me a "bad bios image" and if I try to force it and just run the Flashspi.exe itself it gives me "fixture is not removed or switch is not set to "on" Press any key to exit" Every way that should work fails, I have no idea what to do now.

Im stuck on f10, and have tried f9, f11, and f12. Any help would be much appreciated!

Some thoughts:

Do you have an Admin/Supervisor Password set on the BIOS?
You aren't renaming the BIOS files are you?
Have you tried a CLR_CMOS or battery pull prior to flashing? (stick with QFlash or USB based flash)
Load optimized defaults, and save, then attempt flash
While in the current BIOS, try pressing ALT+F10, or ALT+F12 to synchronize the two BIOS chips, then attempt to re-flash
