We had a problem that involved installing the OS onto our Gigabyte Brix BXBT 1900 system, it failed to recognize the USB DVD drive so it couldn't install the disk that contained the OS. We fixed this by going into the BIOS and going along to 'Boot' then changing the boot up priority 1 to the DVD drive and boot up priority 2/3/4 etc to the other drivers available. Once the system was rebooted it was successfully able to recognize and install the Windows OS. I hope this helps anyone who has the same problem as we did!
