GA-Z87X-UD4H sound cutting out win10

i am running a GA-Z87X-UD4H (rev. 1.x) and am having sound issues with the onboard Realtek ALC898 sound. it cuts out on sound for a second or two randomly. sometimes the sound to drop a couple times in 5min or it could be a half hour between drops. i get this when watching video on youtube in chrome, firefox, and edge. i get it when listening to audio only through the browsers as well. doesnt matter if its HTML5 or flash. i havnt tested if i get this issue while listening to an MP3 directly from the PC(testing now).

im not even sure its an issue with realtek or the drivers. maybe its just windows 10 as i didnt have this issue on win8.1. this is a fresh install of win10 and not an upgrade. it is fully up2date as well.

i get this on the drivers from gigabyte for my specific board and for win10 64bit. i get this with the drivers from realteks website, and i get this from the unreleased drivers on realteks FTP. posted below in attachments are the drivers i used from gigabyte and the ones from realteks FTP.

It is more a windows 10 thing. If you were running windows 7 and didn't have it. Then it has something to do windows 10.
