z77-ud3h not powering off

z77-ud3h not powering off

My z77-ud3h when powered off leaved the led light on all of the time, and a fan that is connected to a power cable still runs.

Any ideas?

When did this behavior start?

Have you recently flashed or updated your BIOS?
