H81M-H dead after 5 minutes use on "Ubuntu restart"

I'm on a kindle device: be patient.

CURRENT SITUATION

When I press the power button on the case, nothing happens.
Nothing just means nothing at all: no power and no LEDS.

HISTORY

Old Packard Dell case just revamped with this brand new MB, an iCore5 processor and new DDR3 RAM.

Instalation process was good; the only problem was my 10 pins front panel connectors, but I've discovered that I could connected upside down on the left part of the slot to make all the contacts match.

1st boot: bios ok but wireless keyboard and mouse didnt work so I reboot. Note that the power botton and leds worked great.

2nd boot: using a serial keyboard and mouse I entered the BIOS and ASAIR I just disabled the embedded graphic card to use my GT130. Then I booted into Ububtu and everything worked properly, until I shut down using "restart": immediately I saw the start bboot screen and a sudden shutdown.

From then on my PC is completey dead.

Please note that it stays dead even if I manually short the power pins on the mb.

And that plugging my old mb, only front panel and power supply cabled, the power supply starts and the power leds work.

Is the mb really dead?

After just 5 minutes usage?

please help.

Thank you in advance.

P.S. Is this the correct way to get support from Gigabyte?
What should I do?
