Update.. .
In my last reply on Sep 16, I said the Gigabyte AppCenter may be at the root of my BSODs. I stopped it from loading and took a wait see. Well the next morning I got a BSOD. So then I uninstalled AppCenter totally and waited. After almost a week I have not gotten another BSOD.
So something in AppCenter appears to be causing it. Is it a conflict with some other program or is it exercising some part of the motherboard/CPU that has a hardware problem? I don't know. For now I'll leave it off and see where it leads.
