When i install it to slot 2 and slot 4 on the MB the computer just gets stuck in a boot loop , but when i put one stick of the old ram back into slot 2 and the hyper x into slot 3 and 4 the computer boots up, i would like to know why does this happen , any of you guys got any ideas .

Greetings,
Only one rev of your board (v1.1).  What BIOS version are you running?

Start here
Channel 0: DDR3_1, DDR3_2
Channel 1: DDR3_3, DDR3_4

When enabling Dual Channel mode with two or four memory modules, it is recommended that memory of the same capacity, brand, speed, and chips be used for optimum performance.  Mixing is not recommended

Have you tried the new ram is slots 1 and 2 (only)  no other RAM installed.  what are the results?

You may have to set the memory specs manually.  Try a different BIOS (newer)

Z390 AORUS PRO (F10) \850w, 9900K, 32GB GSkill TriZ RGB - 16-18-18-38, RTX 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra, 960 Pro_m.2, W11
Z370-HD3P (F5) \750w, 8350K, 8GB LPX 3200 - 16-18-18-38, GTX 970 FTW SC, Intel SSD, 2TB RAID1, W11
Z97X-UD5H \850w, 4790K, 32GB Vengeance, RTX 2080 FTW
