Z97P-D3 damaged

Z97P-D3 damaged

As I was assembling the new computer I damaged motherboard Z97O-D3 near the chip IT8620E with the screwdriver.
Can anyone help me goats if the damage is severe?

If I'm looking right it is the little chip that is damage right? Have you tried the board since you damage it?
