Looking for the LED light I notice you have bios switches on the board. Have you tried the other Bios to see if you have the same problem.

Look in the book and see how they tell you how to switch it. I would switch it with the computer off. Plus you were looking for that LED page 7 it tell you everything on your board. How to switch them page 22.
