Slow boot time on GIGABYTE H170-D3HP with Windows10 Pro ?

BIOS version F3
UEFI BIOS: enable
Windows10: UEFI

Ultra fast enable:
After fresh installed Windows10 the startup time: 21 sec
Then installed all applications: 25 sec

Spec:
Intel Core i7 6700
GIGABYTE H170-D3HP
SAMSUNG 850 EVO 250GB
Kingston Hyper-X (2133) 8GB. (4GBX2)
SEASONIC S12II - 520W

How to make boot time to 10 sec ?

When you install the OS did you use the UEFI DVD or UEFI USB. You can pick them in the bios for the first boot.

I did use UEFI USB.

What about BIOS settings Such as CSM Support, Legacy, Windows 8/10?  21 sec cold boot is respectable.

- Fast Boot: Ultra Fast
- Windows 8/10 Features: Windows 8/10
- CSM Support: Disabled

However I saw 2 things that maybe incorrect!

*other option is disable

is this correct ? Why it show Windows Boot Manager... instead of UEFI ?

Is this incorrect ? It should be HarddiskVolume1 ?

It was my mistake. I thought Boot time is count from "Pressing Power button".... until I see the desktop....

Actually it's counting from Windows Logo appear until I see the desktop.
So my windows 10 booting time is about 7 second. Not 21 second!

Like what shadowsports said that 20 or 25 sec from the time you push the power button isn't really not that bad. Back when I first started out if you push the power button. You got up went and made yourself a cup of coffee come back and maybe it was in windows. lol

This is just me I don't really care how long it takes. All I care is it booted and in to windows. Been doing this to long to worry about the little things. Yes it is nice that UEFI does this for us but once it boots. Is there really any difference.

Once we are in windows not really. One other thing like my son point out. The thing like you said after I installed all applications. The more things you install and connect to your computer the long it will take to boot.

Or get a nvme ssd with uefi windows 10 maybe 5 to 6 seconds with ultra fast boot from the moment u turn on the pc
