Hey guys
my current set up is WIn 7 64 bit on my EX58-UD5 and i have 5 sata drives in their default modes.
I am trying to install XP on the sytem so i unplugged all the sata cables from the back of the hard drives and plugged in my spare one (which i wish to put XP on fresh).
I installed XP but when it resets to complete the install i get:
"Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem.
Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware.
Please check the Windows documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information. "
Could this be a Bios (im using the latest revision) problem like SATA settings? Im at a loss as i have tried 2 different working hard drives for the install and got the same message.
