GA-990FXA-UD3. Problem booting with 4 ram slots populated. (No boot at all)

Hi guys. New at this forum and I have read several posts regarding similar problem as I seek advice on.
I have a GA-990FXA-UD3 mobo with FX-8120 CPU and a total of 4 ram modules, Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 4x4 CL9.
In the beginning I had 2 ram's, and I bought 2 new ones recently.
RAM is supported according to memory support list.
With any of the ram modules insertet in slot 1 and 3 the system boots without any problems.
With all modules insertet I get a black screen and not even able to boot to bios.
In bios all settings are set to default. (RAM was running on 1600MHz in the beginning with two slots, default is now 1333MHz)
Bios version is F9, newest available for @bios.
What to do next?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

You should not try to populate 4 slots on a GA board without dropping down to 1333 speed if that works at all.

Use 2 slots for your ram, if you want full speed, or forget it.

Speed is already set as default 1333Mhz

Again, switch to 2 sticks for your total ram and you'll be fine - forget 4 sticks especially on GA boards!

Well that sucks balls.  :-\
No one got this working?
