Mobo has not boot to bios once, been more than 2 weeks now

I'm not sure if it's because of PSU, or RAM, but they both seem to meet the specifications

Mobo: GA-F2A88XM-D3H

PSU: EVGA 430w ATX12 / EPS12V Plus 80w certified

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600mhz

Processor: AMD 860k

I can't be sure if it's a PSU problem or something entirely different. I would also like to add it works fine on my older PC.

in the user manual it states: 

it is recommended that a power supply that can withstand high
power consumption be used (500W or greater). If a power supply is used that does not provide the
required power, the result can lead to an unstable or unbootable system.

I'm not saying that this is the problem but it is something to bear in mind.

What Graphics card are you using? - You need to install a GPU with this motherboard/CPU combination as the Athlon 860K chip doesn't have graphics capability.

Yeah, might have to buy another PSU

New 725w PSU added and the SAME beep occurs. It just feel as if i'm throwing money into the wind right now trying to figure out why it's beeping.
