990fxa-ud3 Rev. 3 boot loop, Keyboard Unresponsive

Installed the FDk bios last night, got put into a boot loop. Boots up to the dualbios UEFI screen and then restarts with no end, no special beeps, no keyboard response from either a USB keyboard or PS2 keyboard.

Found one other case like this on the forum which resulted in RMA. Board purchased May 26, 2013.

Is there a fix or should I be looking to try and RMA? Am I still eligible? I tried to register for RMA but had no luck in getting that portion of the web site to work.

speak with giga support first, they have ticket system available at their website. you can also try to call their office, if there is one in your country. as far as i remember there were some solutions for boot loop problem like special beta bios, etc.

what portion of the web site (for RMA) are you talking about?
