To who ever having trouble with fan not turning off for this card
GV-N960WF2-4GD try following this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfVHIlSLK58 . Follow until the save bios on GPU-Z then skip the changing setting on bios tweaker part and continue with the nvflash part. If you want to turn off the fan manually use this setting in the picture and continue with the nvflashing. After you follow all of that steps run some stress test to make the graphic card fan get used to the setting. And do not use the bios provided for GV-N960WF2-4GD on gigabyte website because that bios is for the OC edition. Ps i am not responsible for any damage done to your system so make sure you follow the video step properly!
