I have a old ep45-ud3p, is this a good board to keep I want to update to a better cpu I have a intel E5200 now any help on what to replace it with
or should I go to a newer board and start over  my computer is for home use only no gaming on it I just keep photos on it, and doc for stuff around the house and surf on the internet

We all have our own definitions of what's "old" and/or good to keep or upgrade.  My advice..  No, p45 anything is not worth keeping, upgrading, spending money on or even spending your time on.  ::)  Its a landfill item IMHO. Trust me, I have half a store room of old stuff that works...  but isn't worth keeping.  Just ask my wife, she hates it. The trick is learning how to let it go.   :D
