Looking at the ratings of these boards by Newegg. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&IsNodeId=1&N=100007627%20600567584%2050001314%20600009016%204114

It seam that these are the top boards. Plus stay with 2133 speed memory too. You will not get a speed boost using anything faster.

One other thing if this is going be a computer to do basic things and not Video Editing you really don't need any thing over 16gb of memory. You really don't need anything over 8gb. But today it seams the 16gb is becoming a standard.

Yes the 750 PSU should be enough. Get a Modular PSU. Plus the board should be good too.

My favorite non-gaming board are the Intel Q series.  I just purchased the GA-Q170M-HD3 (Micro-ATX.)  It has a lot of backward compatible stuff, like USB 2, PS/2 ports, Intel NIC, vPro, etc.  They are basic office boards to stay backwards compatible with older hardware as offices don't like upgrading often and very durable.
