gigabyte 990fxa UD3 rev4 all hdd drives always enabled

i want to ask something about ud3 bios boards.
On F2,F3,F4 bios, in bios at HARD DRIVE BBS priorities, there are listed all hdd devices.
If i disabled all of them( except primary hdd) or one of them, after exit bios and enter again all devices are there again, activated.
I have one ssd, 2 hdd internal and 2 externals now.
If i disabled all of them except ssd when i enter again in bios all are there, because of that my boot times is huge.
If i click start on my pc case, with gtx690, i see an small line that blink few seconds( from nvidia gtx bios i guess, because on amd ati no such thing there) then bios screen appear( it stay there about 30 seconds with bios screen) then win 10 loading till win10 desktop another 10 seconds.
SO i have about 40 seconds from the moment i click start on pc case till win10 start to load...
If i disabled those 2 external usb3.0 wd drivers i wipe about 10 seconds.

PS. TURBO mode on with 21x200, same as normal clocks.
With same board in win7( all updates on, latest drivers etc) i haved about 10 minutes till win7 desktop screen appear with same samsung ssd.
So win10 boot time- 1 minute
win7 boot time- 10 minutes.

Well, disabling the boot devices does not hold in the bios, true, after a reboot the attached devices override the bios setting again. I think this is a flaw.

My Win7 takes 65 seconds to load until log-on screen with 3 usb disks/devices attached.

disable the devices 1by1 by pulling the device power plugs until you found the offender(s) - 30 seconds on bios screen? 10 seconds here at most.

maybe reset the bios and see if that helps

i haved an ati r9 280x( its ati 7970ghz in fact) and an r9 290.
On those two( one at a time on that PC) at bios screen it stay about 10 seconds, but it load windows more, and in total it was the same, about 1 minute.

I will try to send an report to gigabyte support , maybe will fix this flaw with booted devices that stay on.
Maybe if more users report this... gigibyte will fix it.

I notice that in latest months usb 3.0 devices will not dissapear after restart, with same microsoft driver. So i think that windows release an update that fix this.
