Recommended settings for Gigabyte Gamging 5? WHEA and bootup errors.

I made a PC about 2 weeks ago and I'm getting some weard errors. I think it might be the motherboard settings.
Here's my build:
- motherboard - Gigabyte Z170MX-GAMING 5, Socket 1151
- power supply -  Corsair CP-9020048, 600W, ATX 2.3
- case -  Thermaltake Urban R31 Window
- RAM -  Kingston HyperX FURY Black, 32GB (4x8GB) DIMM, DDR4, 2400MHz, CL15, 1.2V
- HDD - WD Blue 1TB, 7200rpm, 64MB, SATA 3
- SSD - Solid State Drive (SSD) Samsung 850 EVO, 2.5", 250GB, SATA III
- WiFi adaptor - Wireless Asus PCE-AC56, AC 1300, 400 + 867 Mbps, Dual-Band, PCI-E
- Graphics card - Gigabyte nVidia GTX970 OC, PCI-E, 4096MB GDDR5, 256bit, 2x DVI, HDMI, 3x DisplayPort, Mini-ITX/mATX
- 2 monitors - Philips Brilliance LCD 25'

The errors I'm getting always happen at bootup. There are 3 cases:
1. after 2-3 seconds from power-up, the computer shuts down and restarts by itself. It does this a few times before staying on.
2. it freezes at bootup screen and the restart button does not work. If i wait, after some time a blue screen comes up with "WHEA Uncorrectable error"
3. after i put it to sleep, and wake it up, it freezes and i need to restart it

These errors do not always occur. If the PC boots up and loads windows, everything works fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Are there any motherboard settings I should use?
All my BIOS settings now are default.
I ran a memtest to check for memory erros and they're fine. Core temp is also fine... around 30 Celsius.

Have updated to the newest Bios? I have a Z170 gaming 3 board and I get the dual boot too. I thought I had fix it. But the other day I pulled it out of the box to check some thing and it did the dual boot thing.

The other thing I did was change memory to 2133. The CPU only supports 2133. The other thing too is if the memory doesn't support XMP you will have problems. You have to OC any thing past 2133. The Z170 across the board are having problems with faster memory.

All my BIOS settings now are default.

How does it run in default?

I updated the BIOS to version F4b - 1. Beta BIOS 2.Improve DDR XMP compatibility.
I have this problem since I installed Windows and since then i tried a lot of bios settings. I talked to tech support from the retailer that sold me the parts and they also said I have to set up OC... how do I do that in my case? I'm a total newbie to this

I have been doing this for 30 yrs and believe it or not I have never OC any thing. I really can't tell you what to do. But if you are the memory at stock settings 2133 you still having problem.

If it is running fine other maybe the double boot I would see if I could swap the memory to 2133. You are really not going to see a performance change running the 2400 memory.

Did you find a solution for the problem?

I'm having the same issue - I just built my computer and after installing windows it keeps restarting sometimes. I didn't update BIOS yet though.
