I had a EVGA board one time that had 3 bios. What I did was boot up on one of the bios. Booted into windows and when I got ready to update the bios I switched to the bad bios. I updated and then all bios's were fine.

I don't like doing it in windows but that was the only way I could do it. You could try it in the bios too but I can't say it will work. Boot up on the backup and try to switch it over to the bad one. Plus it is risky doing either way too.

I don't want do do this. What if I do something wrong and lose backup bios? I just can't understand why my main bios can't just copy backup bios? Can it be that i have other versions of bios? I try to update main bios to F4 version and my power run off on 80%

That is the only way you can do it. That is why it is so risky to update the bios. You can try to email or call support and see what they have too say.

What version board do you have? Plus were you having problems or just want to update the bios.
