GA-EP43-DS3L motherboard and Corsair memory modules

GA-EP43-DS3L motherboard and Corsair memory modules.  Tech specs:

I have 4 Corsair memory modules placed in this old motherboard.  Each module is 1024 MB @ 1066 MHz.

The timing printed on the memory is:  5-5-5-15 and 2.10 Volts

In the BIOS under MB Intelligence Tweaker, there is DRAM Timing Schedule (SPD)

Do I set these to 5, 5, 5, 15 respectively.  At the moment, I have left them as Auto.  Because I do not know what I am doing, and I do not want to stuff things up.

*** Mother Board Voltage Control ***

Down the bottom is DRAM Voltage.  Do I change this to 2.10 Volts?  It is at Auto at the moment.

I noticed the Corsair specs state: Tested at EPP SPD settings (5-5-5-15-2T) at 2.20V* at 1066MHz.  What is 2T?  Can I use 2.20 Volts?

If the memory is running fine and you are not getting BSOD just leave things a lone. The 1T and 2T refers to the amount of time that it takes something to be effectively read from memory. Again on the volts if the everything is OK then just leave it a lone.

It is very simple to set the DRAM Timings. 5-5-5-15
Cas Latency Time is the first number -> 5
Second is 5
Third is 5
Fourth is 15

You can also manually set the DRAM Voltage.

2T is the Command Rate. There is also a setting for that.

Can you use 2.20 Volts? Yes

Thank you very much.  This is the answer I was hoping for.  I reset the memory timing control options to those figures.  Thanks for mentioning 2T = Command Rate (CMD).  I set it to 2.  DRAM Voltage set to 2.2. 

This has made a big difference to the speed of Internet pages opening and also large directory pages opening.  Overall, the system seems to be operating a lot faster in my opinion.  I did noticed when DRAM timing was set to Auto, the memory was still showing 667 MHz; the old memory speed.
