Face Wizard Always Fails

Face Wizard Always Fails

When trying to change the boot logo it always fails. If I try to reupload the default one it works fine so clearly there is something wrong with the images I am trying to use. What is the max file size, type and resolution?

Greetings,
Its easier to give advice if we know what MB you have, model, rev and the OS you are using.

Face Wizard???  Looks risky... about 10 yrs old.  Popular back in the day.  Yes, all of these utilities had weird requirements on file type and size limits. BIOS stuff is often 640x480.  Don't quote me on this.  Never used this utility before.
