g1 gaming 1080 fps issue

hi,i bought a g1 gaming gtx 1080 and in many games i don't get the fps that i see in the videos from youtube.for example i play gta v and i get 50 fps at 1080p and in youtube i see at the same settings and resolution that they get over 100 fps.What should i do?

my system is brand new so that is the reason i wonder this problem.
