Hello all,
I updated windows to version 1607 yesterday (major update) and since that time my USB3 are identified as USB2 from the system. If the USB is plugged before I turn the computer on then it's fine, but if I plug it in after the system is up and running then it's identified as USB2. Furthermore once the the system starts I receive an error message that reads: "USB monitor have already started". I have tried to uninstall the drivers and install the "viaUSB3" ones but without success. If the drivers I have are outdated I don't know where to find updated ones.
Finally I am attaching a screenshot from USBTreeView application that shows the USB3 that is read as USB2 from the system (sorry it's in Greek but you'll get an idea).
