P67A-UD3-B3 and Fury HyperX boot issues

Hi

I recently decided to upgrade my memory to 4 x 4GB Fury Hyperx from my 2 x 4GB DDR3-1333.

However the system is unable to boot up and just loops on a reboot and i'm unable to even see any power up screens.  I've tried using just two sticks, in the correct dual channels in either 1 & 3 or 2 & 4 but still no joy.  The majority of my bios settings are set to auto.  Do I need to enter all settings manually into bios to get the system to boot up?

I'm using bios version F9

Windows 10
P67A-UD3-B3
i5 3570
R9-290
Samsung 850 pro 512GB

Any ideas how to resolve?

First of all that memory isn't on the memory support list. That still doesn't mean it can't run. But some memory doesn't run in some board. The 2nd thing is your CPU only supports 1333/1600 memory.

There two things you can do is one return the memory and see if you can get the same memory you have now 1333. Two look at the list at Gigabyte and pick 1333 or 1600 memory. Getting faster memory will not make you computer run any faster. Most of the time you just end up fighting with it to get it to run.

I'm confused as the Kingston datsheet and website mention that it supports my motherboard and has the below pnp parameters??  I was hoping to run it at 1333 or 1600 with lower cas..

• DDR3-1866 CL10-11-10 @1.5V
• DDR3-1600 CL9-10-9 @1.5V
• DDR3-1333 CL8-9-8 @1.5V

That might be on their site, but what I was going by what Gigabyte tested. Here is some memory if you want low cas.
