There is software out there, but it you are putting in the memory in the other two slots and having problems. Plus for a MB that has been running fine for a year. Then you start having problems then it is more likely the board. What slots are the memory in? One of the channel could be bad.

The four memory sockets are divided into two channels and each channel has two memory sockets as following:
Channel A: DDR4_2, DDR4_4
Channel B: DDR4_1, DDR4_3

My config on my is: Channel A DDR4_1, DDR4_2
                             Channel B DDR4_3, DDR4_4
Layout is DDR4_4, DDR4_2, DDR4_3, DDR4_1 on MB , got ram in channel A, DDR4_1 and DDR4_2, the orange slots

Yes I know what the layout is but can you run the memory in the other two slots. You can run the memory in 1 & 2 or 3 & 4. Just running them in 3 & 4 to see if the computer runs.

By any chance it does run fine in 3 & 4 it could be more the CPU because that is where the memory controller is. If they run fine in either config, but not all at the same time it might not be the board.

Yes that can happen because you change something. Just go in and do what it is telling you to do. You are testing the board to make sure what the problem really is with the board.

That's the problem, everything is the same, expect slot placements, enter bios for what? everything is running stock speeds, what would i have to change? Had a special warranty, so called up store where i bought it, they can't replace the board but offering this to replace......

All of this for my MB, besides Build in water cooling, what do u think?
